The Uppercut

Start off in Combat Stance. (see stances)

As you start to drop your right arm, bends your front knee and then shoot your right arm up as if you're sending the opponents head back. The target is under your opponent's chin. Your hips are activated by releasing your right heel. This adds much more power to the strike.

Defense benefit: Sends your oppenent's head back, (not unlike a Pez dispenser) giving you an oppurtunity for a "body rip" or shot to the stomach.

Fitness benefit:
Level 2 uppercuts are delivered while bending at the knee deeper and twisting the back heels even more activating the hips and burning through your quads.
