Stances
This will be the stance
that you will always fall back on. It's your foundational stance in which
all of the moves you'll be doing is based on.
To start, Ferocious Frank always positions his feet in an "L"
shape. You do the same. Your Right foot pointing forward, your left foot pointing
toward your left. (see image on the left) Bring
your left foot approx. 4 paces back so that your legs are shoulder width apart.
Bring your elbows in so that are touching the bottom of your ribs and bend
your arms up with your fists just barely brushing up against your cheekbones.
(see image on the right)
Muay Thai Stance
Begin the same way you would with the Combat Stance. Once you've done that,
just turn your hands outward.
