Who is your BODYCOMBAT™ instructor(s)?
Frank Sasso. I have taken many classes over the years and Frank is by far the best instructor I have ever had. He is so motivating, and has such a passion for what he is doing, it's infectious. His classes are exciting and invigorating, and after taking his class I always feel. He wants us to reach our goals, and he pushes us hard to give it our all. He also always makes himself available to help correct a move, perfect a move, or to answer a question. He manages to make every class fun and exciting, invigorating and never boring or monotinous. He keeps me coming back every week!

5 months

How many times a week do you participate in BODYCOMBAT™ class?
1-2 times a week.

What do you like most about BODYCOMBAT™ ?
There are multiple things that are great about BODYCOMBAT!
1) It’s a great cardio workout where you can “unleash” (not just wildly, though- there is the fun challenge of learning and practicing good technique) and relieve lots of stress.
2) It doesn’t get boring because it is inspired by a wide variety of martial art disciplines. There is always also a variety of music and mixes that the instructors can change from class to class.
3) There’s no “ceiling” to what you can do in the class. You can always jump higher, kick harder, and just take things to higher and higher levels.
4) All of the BODYCOMBAT
instructors have a true passion and zeal about this class. It shows, and it’s contagious.

Have you noticed a significant difference in your physical being?
I feel stronger (hey, if you are still standing after a BODYCOMBAT class, you’re strong) and more physically fit overall. People say I’ve dropped post-baby weight pretty quickly. I look forward to gaining even more strength and, hopefully, agility as I work on improving moves like jump-kicks and etc..

What move(s) do you like most?
Punches are always fun. The Ginga done to extra funky music is also fun, once you get the hang of it!

What discipline do you like most?
I just like the whole combination of all different disciplines. Capoeira is neat. I feel a little funny doing Muay Thai. Rebecca’s BODYCOMBAT25 Tai Chi-inspired cool-down is pretty awesome!

Who is your BODYCOMBAT™ instructor(s)?
Ferocious Frank. He is fun, animated, positive, encouraging, and just plain crazy. He has a level of energy that is just insane, and seeing that inspires you to push yourself just a little more…to punch harder, kick higher, and yell louder! He welcomes everyone at whatever level they’re at, but you can be sure he won’t leave you there.

Tell us a little about yourself.
I just passed my W.I.T.S certification and now going through my internship for personal training. I am a goal orientated person, who loves to help people. I've realized people in general (including myself) can do anything they want to as long as they put their mind to it. For example: weight loss, healthy eating, or even to quit smoking like I have. (and boy, do i feel better). Nothing is impossible when it comes to taking care of yourself, looking and feeling good; which is what inspired me to become a personal trainer. I am also going under training for combat certification coming up in April in Maryland. I have to say a special thank you to Frank and Christina, Debbie, and Eric for all the support though everything I've accomplished so far, a big 62 pounds lighter, a PT certification, and now BODYCOMBAT training, these people are my guardian angles and without them I don't think I would be where I'm at today. You guys rock! Like Dan says, "Stay With the Fight!"

How long have you been participating in your BODYCOMBAT™ class?
6 months.

How many times a week do you participate in BODYCOMBAT™ class?
3-5 times a week.

What do you like most about BODYCOMBAT™ ?
I like the fact that BODYCOMBAT is a varaiting workout that always changes compared to a weight lifting program, also that amount of fun, and cardio in the workout.

Have you noticed a significant difference in your physical being?
I noticed a huge weight loss since starting BODYCOMBAT 62 pounds to be exact, also toning for sure in my shoulders, legs, butt and arms.

What move(s) do you like most?
Evasive side kick/Knee Kicks/Elbows

What discipline do you like most?
Muay Thai.

Who is your BODYCOMBAT™ instructor(s)?
Debbie Brooks and Frank Sasso.
Debbie is an awsome combat instructor. She is empowering, energetic, and a good motivator.

There are so many words to describe Frank. He is energetic, precise, and motivating. He also cares very much for his art and what he does which makes a huge difference.
