The Front Kick
Ferocious Frank starts off in Combat Stance. (see stances)
As he lifts his left leg, he positions the ball of his foot toward the floor. (see picture 3 - side view) He then pushes through, rocks his hips a bit forward, and extends his leg. He arms always stand ready to guard.

Defense
benefit: Pushes your oppenent back, by knocking out his wind, giving
you the oppurtunity to create distance between you and your oppenent. At this
point in a fight, you can either run or deliver a jump front kick to your
oppenent's mid section or head. (depending on how high your jump is)
Fitness benefit: Great quad, calf, and overall balance workout. (when
executed slowly)
