The BodyCombat Technique Course is an 8 week course made up of 8 60-minute session led by a certified BodyCombat instructor and will cover all aspects of technique taught in a typical BodyCombat class. This course will take the participant through an analytical examination of all the technique used in the program, weapons training, BodyCombat circuit training, bag work, and sparring. As the participant, I agree to make a purchase for this course in the amount of $120.
